Beatriz Trillos Ballerini, Attorney

Beatriz Trillos Ballerini emigrated from Colombia, South America to the United States, with her family at the age of four. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Modern Languages from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas. Attorney Trillos Ballerini earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas.

With a direct interest in global issues and international law, since 2002, Attorney Trillos Ballerini serves as General Counsel of the Consulate General of Italy in Houston. She is a frequent speaker on Immigration questions and issues on Univision.

In her private practice, Attorney Trillos Ballerini handles a variety of immigration and nationality matters, with special focus and extensive experience on temporary work visas, labor certifications, visas for individuals with extraordinary ability, executive/manager transferees, and other employment based immigration, wide range of family based immigration including hardship waivers, naturalization and humanitarian visas.

She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in Italian and conversant in French.
